Ordering and Shipping SHIPPING INFORMATION: Nothing is more important to 185Chocolat, LLC than Amusing your Mouth. Great care is taken creating our Truffles and then hand packing your order. Our Truffles are made-to-order. They are guaranteed to be fresh and in the best possible condition. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY: We ship from the shores of Lake Superior, around the country and world via FedEx and Spee•Dee Delivery. LOCAL DELIVERY: Please call for local delivery 218.393.5928. REGIONAL SHIPPING: We offer regional overnight shipping to locations in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Nebraska. Please call 218.393.5928 for rates. WARM WEATHER SHIPPING: Ice and insulation are used when shipping to warm destinations and during the hotter months to ensure your Truffles will arrive in excellent condition. To limit time in transit and prevent your Truffles from melting, orders will only ship during the week during the warm months. Please notify the recipient that a sweet gift is arriving so the package is not left outside in warm weather for too long. SIGNATURE RELEASE STATEMENT AND SHIPPING ADDRESS(ES): FedEx (and other shipping companies) have permission to leave a package at the delivery address when no one is available to sign for it. Please double check your shipping address and phone number before submitting your order. 185Chocolat is not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses, or for missing, stolen, or damaged packages after they are delivered to the address specified by the customer. (A cooler with an ice pack by the door ready for the delivery would be a great idea.) SHIPPING AND DELIVERY SCHEDULE: Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, will ship on Monday or the next available business day. During the busy holiday season, order lead-time will increase up to 14 business days prior to shipping. Allow up to 14 business days for large or custom orders. SHIPPING CHARGES: Express and Standard Overnight shipping charges are calculated based on the product total per delivery address. All shipments to Alaska and Hawaii require an additional $10 charge for delivery. FUTURE DELIVERY DATE: Requests for future delivery dates are welcome. Please contact us or call with the details. We will make sure your order arrives on your requested day. ORDER TRACKING: To receive your FedEx tracking number, we encourage you to enter an email address when ordering. The email will contain order information and a tracking number for your order.
